As we strive to provide quality products, customer service and products delivered in a timely manner our biggest goal is to excel in customer service. 
There are no refunds on custom items underneath any circumstance.

Due to covid and related mailing issues, once the item is accepted by USPS, UPS, FEDEX,  Seven 16 no longer assumes responsibility or Liability on items lost or damaged in transit. However, we will work with the carrier and the customer in hopes of a delivery in a timely manner.


Seven 16 may request photos of items that customers are requesting to be refunded. Photos can be sent to info@seven16printing.com
