There are no refunds on custom items underneath any circumstance.

Due to covid and related mailing issues, once the item is accepted by USPS, UPS, FEDEX,  Seven 16 no longer assumes responsibility or Liability on items lost or damaged in transit. However, we will work with the carrier and the customer in hopes of a delivery in a timely manner.
