Due to the nature of this event, all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or schedule conflicts.

TRANSFER POLICY
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your seat to another person. You must notify us at least 48 hours before the event with the new attendee’s full name and email.

LATE ARRIVAL
This is a structured, hands-on class. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss key steps and instruction, and we will not restart or reteach missed portions.

SUPPLIES
Some materials will be provided, but you will also be required to bring items listed in your confirmation email. Failure to bring required supplies may limit your ability to fully participate.
